  • Sales Tax and Duties
    • All purchases are subject to applicable taxes, the amount of which may vary based on your location and the type of product purchased. Your acknowledgment and acceptance of tax collection are presumed upon proceeding with your purchase.
    • International orders may incur import duties, customs fees, or import taxes not included in the listed price or shipping cost. Customers are responsible for settling these additional charges upon receipt of the items.

Returns and Refunds

  • Quality Guarantee
    • If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt, providing the original order number along with a photo of the damaged or incorrect items. We will promptly investigate and strive to find a resolution.
    • To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and in the original condition that you received it.
    • Please ensure you contact us before returning any items; otherwise, replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed.
    • Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for unwanted items. The following items are also non-returnable due to their nature:

      • Personalized items
      • Gift cards
  • Replacements & Refunds
    • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. Additionally, we will inform you of whether your return has been approved or rejected.
    • If your claim is verified, we will gladly dispatch a replacement order to you promptly. However, if waiting for a new order is not feasible, kindly inform us when you reach out, and we will arrange a refund to your original method of payment within a designated timeframe.
  • Wrong Shipping Address
    • Please make sure to accurately input the complete shipping address during checkout. In the event of an incorrect or insufficient address provided, leading to non-delivery by the delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for undelivered shipments.
    • Should the package be returned to us, we will reach out to you to confirm the shipping address before arranging for reshipment, with the expenses to be covered by you. However, it is important to note that packages may not always be returned. In such instances, if you choose to reorder with an updated address, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order.
  • Rejected by the Recipient
    • Should the package be rejected upon delivery, it will be returned and disposed of safely. If you wish to place a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
  • Unclaimed
    • If you are unable to receive your order at the specified address, it may be held for pickup at a local post office or carrier pickup point. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us. In such instances, we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages. Should you opt to place a new order with an updated address, you will bear the costs associated with the new order.
